We are on the same side as this world ! story of a wave

Dear Friends,

Let this blog find you experiencing oneness with the creation.

We have been researching on “How can one experience Success, Joy & Peace in life, especially at work?”

We asked many people - what does ‘Joy’ mean? Joy means:

  • Beginning each day with gusto
  • Being energetic at work
  • Feeling charged up even at the end of day
  • Celebrating life
  • Being at ease, being fully self-expressed in all situations

It appeared opposite of fear, separateness, disengaged, focused on self alone, being on guard, defensive, calculative, jealous, etc.

Someone commented: “I am joyful when I feel that me and the world are at the same side.” We found this very apt.

Here is a short excerpt from “Tuesdays with Morrie”.

Story of a little wave

The story is about a little wave, bobbing along in the ocean, having a grand old time. He's enjoying the wind and the fresh air - until he notices the other waves in front of him, crashing against the shore. "My God, this is terrible", the wave says. "Look what's going to happen to me!"

Then along comes another wave. It sees the first wave, looking grim, and it says to him: "Why do you look so sad?" The first wave says: "You don't understand! We're all going to crash! All of us waves are going to be nothing! Isn't it terrible?"

The second wave says: "No, you don't understand. You're not a wave, you're part of the ocean."

May this blog & the excerpt remind you of the deeper soul you are beyond the apparent body & mind.

Warm regards,
